A finer man I have never met. His smile and personality will missed by all that knew him. We are all better for being a part of his world and calling him brother and friend. It is a sad day for all of us and know that he will keep the others in heaven in line and stitches. I'll miss talking with him and his witty charm and humor. My family sends their thoughts and prayers to Gabby and Matt. We love you guys and know that all of us that know Peter will hold him in our heart and souls forever. We are here for you and the family.
To my brother Peter, RIP warrior you have earned the rest. Salutes
Peter was a wonderful person, he loved his wife and children so very much and it showed in everything he did! I am so honored I got to know him even for a short time. He was always there to lend a hand when my boys and I needed something never hesitated, always included us in family get togethers! Gabby I know that you were the love of his life and all joking aside he loved you more than words can describe. I am truly sorry I cannot be there for you, but I'm sending all my love, peace and prayers! As my heart breaks for all of you, I know heaven gained another Angel. Rest in Peace Pedro.

Though we were only neighbors for 8 years, we always enjoyed our "over the fence conversations." We will miss seeing you on the lawn mower, beer in one hand and a smoke in the other giving us a wave. You were always a good neighbor. Rest in Peace Pete. Peace, Love and Hugs to your family.

The Salt Lake City Army Recruiting Battalion lost an Alumnus this week, a great soldier, teammate, and more importantly a great family man. Pete Jennings wasn’t that much different than any other detailed recruiter, at mid- career he was pulled from his MOS and involuntold that he would be recruiting for the next three years, to help provide the strength for America’s Army. Though he would had rather been turning wrenches in the motorpool, Pete approached his duties with the ...professionalism of what a great Non-Commissioned Officer is made of. He was part of a dynamic team of a seven person crew led by Scott Mabe. With all the very unique personalities of their West Jordan Center, Pete and his team members managed to consistently produce 20 enlistments “per month”. They were always considered the best of the best. The best think that I recall about Pete is even on the worst of the worst days he had the ability to make me laugh, to put in proper perspective the task at hand, and even if just for a moment to forget about the looming mission numbers at hand. Pete dedicated the majority of his adult life protecting and defending this great nation. You’re going to be missed by all, 49 is way to young brother.
RIP Pete... you better have a pocket full of quarters. your going to need them when we meet again. Sincere condolences to family and friends...gone way too soon. I will always cherish my memories and wild times with Pete in Salt Lake City when we served together as recruiters fro the Army. Las Vegas KISS concert was EPIC! Wish I could have shared stories with you one last time, I am a better person to have known you. - Dennis
