Peggy Sholseth's Obituary
Peggy was born June 23, 1953 in Aschaffenburg Germany and passed away on August 17, 2017 in Puyallup after a courageous battle with cancer. At her bedside was her loving husband John, as well as several family members and friends.
Peggy is preceded in death by her Father Van and Mother Nancy Conner. In addition to John, she is survived by her brothers: Steve (Annette) Conner and Bill (Edna) Conner; half-sister Vanessa (BJ) Young; her son Scott (Jenny) Keyport and their children, Ethan and Autumn.
Peggy is also survived by extended family: John Sven (Sara) Sholseth, their children Hannah, Hailey and Heidi; John and Iris Blatnik; Billie and Kay Sholseth; and Mary Kuzmanich (deceased). Grandchildren: Joshua Corcoran; Jayson Corcoran and Sarah (Jimmy) Frisbie and their children Gabriellah, JD, and Isaiah; Shevawn (Joe) Kuzmanich; Danielle (Mike) Kuzmanich, as well as several additional cousins, nieces and nephews in Georgia, Alabama, British Columbia and in Germany.
Peggy had a highly distinguished career in finance and accounting earning high positions of responsibility and trust with several prominent Northwest companies. She made friends wherever she went exuding a feeling of warmth and openness. Her professional skills were complimented by her high standards of behavior and morality. She will be profoundly missed but lovingly remembered for her uplifting attitude and engaging personality.
A memorial service to celebrate Peggy's life will be held at Mountain View Aspen Chapel located at 4100 Steilacoom BLVD SW Lakewood, WA 98499 Sunday September 3 at 11:30 AM. Immediately following, please join the family to continue her celebration in the Willow Hall where light refreshments will be served.
