Peggy Hong Guest's Obituary
Peggy Hong Guest, age 81, passed away on January 31, 2018 in Tacoma, Washington. She was born January 23, 1937 in Seoul, Korea to the late Jae Suk and Boon Chul Hong.
Peggy is survived by her son Johnny L. and daughter-in-law Hyunghee K. Guest; Grandchildren Joshua, Hannah and Sarah Guest; Brothers Jong Hyang Hong, John Hong, Jong Yoon Hong; Sisters Jong Bok Hong, Ae Ju Kim and a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
Peggy is preceded in death by her husband Gary J. Guest.
She was a devout Presbyterian and enjoyed hymnal music, gardening and fishing. Important events in her life were graduating seminary classes and the birth of her grandchildren. Peggy will be remembered as being generous, loving, strong, kind and faithful. She will be deeply missed.
A graveside committal ceremony for Peggy will be held 12:30PM Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo, California.
