Pearl Etta ParkerPearl E. Parker, born August 7, 1935 in Tacoma, WA, passed away October 5, 2006, at the age of 71, after battling cancer. She retired from Tacoma schools, working in the cafeterias.She is survived by her children, Sue (Gary) Bartnes of Eatonville, Rhonda (Butch) Rupp of Seaside, OR, Marie (Dwayne) Lloyd of Tacoma, Dianne Lloyd of Tacoma, Tina (Robert) Cobb of Tacoma, 3 brothers: Chet Mierndorf , Robert Mierndorf, and Lloyd Merindor of CA; 2 sisters: Florence Winters, and Goldie; 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and loved by many other family, and friends.Viewing will be held from 1-9 PM, Today, Friday, October 6, 2006 at Mountain View Funeral Home.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 7, 2006 in the Mountain View Celebration of Life Center.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Franciscan Hospice House.
