Dear Rick and Family,
Though we rarely see one another anymore, Bode and I are sending our thoughts and prayers your way in hopes that it will help you through this difficult time.
Always in our hearts and often in our thoughts you are...
Take care old friend and know that we love you and pray you will find the days ahead easier with each sunrise. And that the memories you treasure of your Dad will give you strength for the future.

Dear Sylvia...
We have never met. I am Rick's X-wife, Sally. My mom let me know of Paul's passing. If you're in touch w/Rick, could you pass on my condolences to him. Your husband must have been a very fine man; I'm sorry we never met. I hope you have many fond memories and close friends and family around to share them with. May God's loving arms surround you and lift you up during this difficult time.

Sylvia,
May God comfort you at this time. Thoughts of Paul bring back fond memories:
visiting him while he worked in the yard and learning so much about gardening, his trying to teach us girls how to water ski - a bit difficult when American Lake was white-capping, and his trying to convince us all that "Olympia" beer was the only decent beer on the market. Remembering those times makes me smile.
Take comfort in knowing: "God is like a blanket, always ready to be wrapped around you. God is like a chair, always there to hold you. God is like a pair of arms, always ready to wrap you in a hug. God is like anything you can think of, only much better and sweeter".##imported-begin##Mary Gambriel (Semrau)##imported-end##
Syliva,
I am so sorry to hear that Paul has left to nurture the gardens of heaven. His talents have been enjoyed by so many over the years. The dedication and artistic ability he possessed in creating beautiful landscapes have been inspirational to me. There is a rhododendron in my yard which he gave to me when we bought our home almost thirty years ago. I think of him fondly every spring when it blooms. You both are part of very fond childhood memories. May you find comfort in knowing that he is in a better place.

Dear Sylvia and Family,
I was so sorry to hear about Paul. Although I never met him, many's the time I admired his handiwork in your beautiful yard as I walked by. You could tell he had a loving and artistic spirit by the way he created such beauty to share with the entire neighborhood.
We extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Love, Debbie and Mike##imported-begin##Debbie Johnson##imported-end##
Dearest Aunty, My children and I, have cherished memories of what a good man
Undle Paul was. Always welcoming us to sit and chat with him. He listened and
supported our concerns. A very sincere man, of few words, and a family man.
We are truely blessed to have had him as our Uncle and friend. We will see him again in God's time. In the meantime, he will keep company with Tommy,
Jerry and my Dad. Tutu will look after him for you.
God continue to be by your side at this lonesome time. All our Love, Lani, Paradis and Hoyt.##imported-begin##LANI UYEHARA##imported-end##
