Paul O'Leary's Obituary
Our beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away at home with his family at his side after a valiant struggle with cancer. Paul was born July 22, 1930 in Aberdeen, WA to John and Marian OÂ'Leary. He graduated from Weatherwax High and attended Grays Harbor Jr. College and UW. Paul then served in the United States Air Force as a jet mechanic.He was a prominent banker with PSNB and later Key Bank. He was a past board member of Puget Sound Hospital, and active in the University Place Kiwanis, as well as past president of 3 clubs. PaulÂ's first love was his family and summer home at Hood Canal. He cherished his friends and adored his projects, and his grandchildrenÂ's sports and school achievements. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew John Patrick OÂ'Leary. He is survived by his loving wife and Â"palÂ", Charlotte, daughter Erin Bohlen (James), sons Dan (Susan), Brian (DeAnn) and David (Susan), 7 grandchildren; Ben and Sam, Meghan and Shannon, Kyle and Carson, and Emily, who he cherished, and one brother, John.The family wishes to thank the Multi Care Oncology Clinic and Franciscan Hospice for all the wonderful care.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 21, 2005 in the Mt. View Celebration of Life Center.In lieu of flowers, donations to the South Sound Boys and Girls Club or the Morgan Family YMCA youth groups.
