Paul Morasch's Obituary
Paul, 90, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013. He and his wife were residents of Fircrest for 60 years, residing in the house they built. He leaves behind his wife, of 60 years, Wilda, his daughters, Susan (David) Gardner and Lynn Ann Morasch, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Paul was born in Endicott, WA., to Peter and Katie Morasch. He grew up on a farm with his 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He served in the US Army Air Corps during WW II after which he worked as a machinist at McChord AFB for 35 years. His childhood farming days never left him as he manicured his own yard and planted more tree seedlings than he could find homes for.
Memorials may be made in his name to Tacoma Rescue Mission or Multicare Health Foundation - Hospice.
A private graveside farewell is planned for Wednesday, May 15, at Mountain View Memorial Park.
