I will always have the best of memories with the Harmon family and coworkers during the time I worked at Cascade Trailways , especially during the 1990 Greyhound Strike, and the group from Bonney Lake students will took down to Denver to see the Pope. All coworkers at Cascade Trailways were one big family and my goofyness kept the humor going.
There isn't a day that goes by were I haven't thought of you Grandpa :) Even though I haven't seen you in almost nine years I will never forget the times that we were able to share together.

Today is Dad's Birthday. Can not help but bring tears to my eyes as I reflect on our memories and how much I miss him. It was five years ago today, on Dad's Birthday, that the motion picture Titanic came to the Theaters. It was Dad that was so excited to treat our family to the Titanic movie up in Bonney Lake in the new Stadium Seating Theater. He was so excited for us to see the Titanic and to see it in a stadium seating theater, what a treat and good memory that was for us. Little did I know that would be one of my best memories and spark such a love and interest in me (nine books later) on the history of the Titanic. I love you Dad. Just a note to let you know how beautiful the service was for Uncle Paul. I'm proud to be part of the extended Paul Harmon family, and Malc and I both love all of you very much. Take good care of yourselves and know that someday you will all meet again in that wonderful place called Heaven.

I was acquainted with Paul for a few years some 40 years ago at which time I was a lieutenant on the Tacoma Police Dept. The bus system between Tacoma and Ft. Lewis was plagued by private, illegal taxis picking up potential passengers before the bus arrived. Paul sought relief from the police department, and I arranged and oversaw a program for ending that practice. I enjoyed my brief friendship with Paul, and I extend my condolences to the Harmon family.##imported-begin##Russ Richardson##imported-end##
