Patrick Spencer Smith born November 24, 1972, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2014. He is survived by his mother Kathleen Smith, father Louis and Deanna Smith, his siblings Louis Smith Jr., Lyle Smith, Tara Rigney, and Rachel Smith. He is preceded in death by his little brother, Jason Anthony Smith. To know him was to love him.
