I trained & ran races with PAT in Korea 2008. We ran early in the mornings in freezing conditions along the Sinchong river and on raced on Saturdays at Komhu river every week. He was a mentor and great friend. He drove me to the Airport the day I left Korea. I am saddened by his passing but know he lived a great life the way he wanted to live. RIP Pat.
Pat was a great man and one of the best runners that I ever trained and raced with. I learned of his passing today at the Army 10 miler expo, an event that Pat loved dearly. I was very sad but I know he’s running Apsan Moutain and Susong Lake in Heaven. RIP my dear friend!
