He was preceded in death by grandparents & daughter Shelcy. Survived by parents Edward & Mary, daughter Katelynn, sister Donna, brother David (Patty), 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 great-nephew & 1 great-niece.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 19 at Mountain View Memorial Park at 11:30 am.
