Patricia Ann Smith's Obituary
Patricia was born on May 13, 1943. She passed away on October 24, 2014 after a short fight with Lung Cancer.
She leaves behind her husband Leon of 55 years, her children Mike, Stacy, Jennifer, Greg, Jeff and Eric.
She also leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pat was a stay at home mom until her youngest started school. She went back to school, and was a Drug and Alcohol counselor, for the ARC.
Pat loved doing arts and crafts and traveling with her children and grandchildren.
She was loved and will be missed.
A funeral service for pat will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 in the Garden Chapel at Mountain View Memorial Park and Funeral Home located at 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499.
