I have known Pat since 1945 when I married her cousin, Russ Eide. She was such a charming, talented lady. I have a collection of the Christmas cards she created and shared with family and friends each year. I will miss her. Lyla Eide##imported-begin##Lyla Eide##imported-end##
I have fond memories of Pat, John and family at our annual Eide Family Picnics. I was so glad to know my Mom, Lyla, had saved the Christmas cards she made over the years. Each year they were a unique work of art. Opening her card was like opening a special surprise. Pat silk screened my wedding invitations in 1980. I got to know her personally and thoroughly enjoyed her. Audrey Eide##imported-begin##Audrey B. Eide##imported-end##
I was in the class of 1956, the first year at NTHS. I had both of your parents as teachers. They were both my favorite teachers. I was your mother's teachers aid for 1955/56. Pat and I became more than teacher and pupil. We were friends and laughed and giggled like schoolgirls through out my senior year. She was a great gal, and John was an excellent English teacher. He certainly fostered and encouraged my writing abilities. I have made good use of the lessons he taught through the years. I am sure you will miss both of them greatly.
