Patricia (Patty) Lovin's Obituary
Patty Lovin went to her heavenly home on December 21, 2018, after a brief and valiant battle with complications from glioblastoma brain cancer. She is survived by her brothers Larry, Jim and John, and many relatives and friends who miss her dearly.
Patty was born on January 21, 1949 in Raymond, WA and graduated from Morton High School in 1967, and then attended Bates Technical College before going to work at Weyerhaeuser. She was at Weyerhaeuser for 29 years, mostly as insurance claims processer, and then she worked in insurance claims at Trusteed for about 10 years.
Patty served the Lord in many ways; she was always a friendly positive presence for everyone. She generously helped out both our Dad and Mom in their later years. With Mom she made many friends at Heartwood Extended Healthcare. After Mom passed in 2016 Patty was still a friend and volunteer there. After diagnosis of her illness Patty came back to Heartwood as a resident in her final months. She remained cheerful, smiling and peaceful until the end of her days on earth. As she said recently, the Peace has been revealed.
A celebration of Patty’s life will be held January 26, 2019, 1:00 PM, in the Aspen Chapel, Mountain View Funeral Home
