Patricia Kay Baldwin's Obituary
Patricia Kay Baldwin, 60, passed away on January 18, 2016 at Harborview Medical Center. Patricia was born on September 13, 1955 in Fort Huachuca, Arizona to Archie and Janice Baldwin who she will be joining in heaven. Patricia’s father served his country in the U.S. Army where the family relocated and settled in Steilacoom, WA. Patricia graduated from Lakes High School in 1973 and attended Eastern Washington University. She had a passion for learning and was unable to choose a major. After having her two children and spending time in their classroom, Patricia found a passion in wanting to teach preschool. She has been a part of the MCFHC family for over 20 years where she taught ECEAP preschool and cooked. Patricia was very dedicated to her family and enjoyed geology. She was one with nature and enjoyed spending days and weeks out camping and rock hounding. Patricia is survived by her beloved children, James (31) and Chya (28) Thompson, and her younger brother Dexter (Kim) Baldwin. Services and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 30 from 2-5pm at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1211 South I Street Tacoma, WA. Please no cut flowers per Patricia's preference.
Remembrances may be shared on the tribute wall in her honor.
