Patricia A. Sonsteng's Obituary
Patricia Sonsteng, a wonderful witness to God, wife, mother and grandmother, returned to our Lord June 9, 2006. Born in Oregon City, OR, on February 5, 1938, she graduated from Hermiston High (1956) and Lutheran Bible Institute in Seattle, WA. (1972). Married the love of her life Jarl A. Sonsteng May 29, 1959. Patricia is a testament to a life of service to God. Whatever she did, she did for the Lord.Patricia is survived by her husband, Jarl, her son James, daughter Jarlanne, son Jonathan, 7 grandchildren 1 great-grandchild, and brother Oliver and wife Betty Bristow of Eagle Creek, OR.Visitation will be held from 2-9 pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at Mountain View Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at United Lutheran Church.
