Palma K. Geren's Obituary
Palma K. Geren, born May 6, 1918 in Tacoma, WA, joined her beloved husband, Ernest H. Geren, on July 1, 2006.She was a graduate of Lincoln High School in 1937 and Tacoma General School of Nursing in 1942. Palma was proud of her nursing career and continued her love of caring for others through her volunteer work. She was a devoted caring mom and grandma who will be dearly missed.She is survived by her 2 children, Judy Mustain (Larry), and John Geren (Jan), 2 grandsons, Brent Mustain and Justin Fisher (Theresa), and 2 great-grandsons, Bryant and Julien.Visitation will be held from 12 Â- 9 pm on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 7, 2006 at the Mountain View Garden Chapel.The family wishes to express their gratitude to the caring staffs at Madigan Hospital and The Village retirement home.Remembrances may be made to the American Heart Association.
