I knew Owen for an number of years. We were both :Logistics Assistance Representatives of the Army Communications & Electronics Command. We both saw
duty iin the united States and overseas. Owen was a friend for many hears and well respected for his expertise in all phases of electronics. Owen served in Vietnam as
i and many of our fellow LAR's did. Owen will be long remembered and missed.
