O.B. was a kind, gentle and intelligent man who loved Sally very much. I got to know him because Sally was such a mentor to me throughout my political career.
They were great supporters of one another. They represented what married couple do best - support one another through both the good and difficult times.
They were friends, great members of the community and I am sure wonderful parents.

I will miss OB very much, he was a "Gentleman".He was very Kind. I loved to see him talk about his family and especially his grand children, his face would light up and a huge smile on his face. OB you can now be with YOUR Sally ,but know you have touched so many of our lives . thanks my friend !##imported-begin##Betty Little##imported-end##
