Ok Hwa Von Hasseln, 85 of Lakewood, Washington passed away on May 2, 2022. Ok Hwa was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. From the age of 12, she navigated the world on her own due to very extreme circumstances in her childhood, and she was able to do this through her innate bravery and fighting spirit. She was also very artistic and studied fashion design in South Korea before immigrating to America with her loving husband, William. Ok Hwa received much recognition during life for her focus, dedication, and kindness that she shared with those she loved.
Ok Hwa is survived by husband William, daughter Veil, and friends she has made over the years. She will be forever loved and missed by those who knew her.
