Norman Carl Bossell's Obituary
Norman was born June 17, 1936 to Florine and Ray Bossell in Chicago, IL. He graduated from high school in 1954. He achieved a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University in 1990. He served in the United States Air Force for 23 years and retired in 1980. He served in the Vietnam war as Gunner on the B52s. He retired from the Air Force in 1980 and moved to Denver, CO. He moved to Puyallup, WA in 2000 to help raise his grandkids after he retired from Safeway as a Photo Finishing Manager. Norman enjoyed photography, fishing, hunting, fixing things around the house, boats, cars, dogs, Christmas lights competitions, and technology projects. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
Norman is survived by two daughters: Yolanda Bledsoe, Puyallup, WA, and Nanette Herbert (Eugene), Puyallup, WA , four grandchildren: Wesley and Sabrina Bledsoe, Genaya Herbert, and Keauve Ruff; sisters: Drew Ann Walls, Chanute, Kansas, Marsha L. Brown (David C.), Kansas City, MO one brother Jerry R. Bossell, Kansas City, MO and host of nieces and nephews.
