We were blessed a few years ago to begin a friendship with Paul and Tammy Norby. With that friendship we have been adopted by the family. When we first met Norma we were pleasantly surprised to find such warmth in her heart for everyone that she met. She made a point of ensuring that she sent us birthday cards every year! That was who she was, she just wanted to make people happy. Whenever we decided on a family dinner outing, Paul and Tammy brought mom Norma, and we would bring mom Ruth. Norma and Ruth were born within 6 months of one another, and had been raised in rural areas, so they had a lot in common. It was such great joy to watch the old ladies sit and reminisce and laugh. We will certainly miss Norma and her great outlook on life.
