Norma Brewster
Norma Lou Brewster passed away at 8:30 AM, Monday, January 21, 2013. Norma was born August 14, 1962 at Fort Carson Army Hospital, Colorado Springs, Colorado. When Norma was a teenager, she lived in Germany for four years and was an altar girl. Norma went to college in the Philippines and in Tacoma. She married her first husband, Monte Miller, and returned to Germany for three years where she worked for the civil service. After her stay in Germany, she returned to Washington and worked for Boeing for 19 years.
Norma was married to her second husband, William Brewster, for five years. Norma is survived by two sons, Ricky, 31, and Nathan, 24; and three granddaughters, London, 4, Maya, 4, and Lana, 3. Norma is survived by her grandmother, Beatrice Umayam; her parents, Tony and Linda Griego; brother Jaime Griego; sister Renee (Dale) Cannavan; brother Michael (Chanel) Griego; and four nieces, Sophia, Isabella, Eliana, and Eleanor Griego.
Viewing will be from 4:00-8:00 PM January 29, 30, and 31 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Rosary will be said at 11:00 AM Friday, February 1, 2013 at St. Frances Cabrini Church, with funeral mass following at 11:30.
