Nick Neutzman
Our humble and kind Nick was born 1943 in Carrolton, Il. and left us suddenly in Puyallup, Wa.
June 5, 2016 to join his parents in heaven.
He was raised in Greenfield, Il. until 1955 when his parents, Donald and Virginia Neutzman, were transferred to Anacortes, Wa. There he graduated from Anacortes High School 1961 and attended SkagitValley College while working grocery and at the plywood mill.
Met his beloved wife Trudy of nearly 52 years at a dance in 1963 and was married in 1964. Enlisted in the Army NG. Upon return from active duty moved to Tacoma, Wa. Began working in 1965 first as a Produce Manager, then a Coke Sales Driver, B & W Sales Rep and Pay N Pak Asst Mgr until he began his own business Four Seasons Window Cleaning & Power Washing in 1985. He retired to enjoy life in 2012.
He was a current member of the Puyallup YMCA and past member of the Tacoma Elks Lodge.
He was also one of the Pierce County Library's most frequent visitors. Suspense and murder mysteries were his favorite.
He liked his boys toys, ie boating, water skiiing, cars and a motorcycle. Loved playing slow
pitch and met many long time friends along the way. Enjoyed cards with friends, bowling, golf and of course, reading.
He spent many years, not only taking care of his own family, but also his aging parents
and inlaws.
Survived by: Wife, Trudy Neutzman, daughters Kim Elliot (Shane) of Graham, Erin Shores (Kevin Witter) of Lakewood. Grand children: Erika, Bradley, Nick, Kelsi and Soren. Sisters: Sally Coryell of Alton, Il., Bonnie Waltrip (Gale) of Jacksonville, Il., Donna Lee (Gary) of Camano Island, Wa. and many Nieces and Nephews & families.
His loving presence will be deeply missed.
There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday June 25, 2016 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at 4810 61st
