Hello Nassie Boy!
Your mommy shared some very special news with me this morning. I have a feeling that you already know about it! She told me that you are going to be a big brother in the spring! I just want you to know that you will always be our most special little man Nas, not a day goes by that I dont think about you and think about how big you'd be right about now. I know that you are watching over your mommy and all of us that love you so much. You are and always will be a great blessing in our lives and when your little brother or sister arrives in the spring, just know that he or she will always be told about you. Gramy loves you Nasir! hey my sweet baby im sorry ive never wrote to you before its been a long road for me alot of changes having to be made i just want you to know that you are the best thing in my life and even if i
knew that our lifes would end up this way i would never take back a second of it. i remember the day you were born when the nurse took you to weigh you and i told you grandma judy "that's my son mom that's my son i would do it a hundred more times mom that my son " and 'stink butt' i would just to see you little beautiful face or you snort while you drink your bottle or to hear you cry just cause you dont want to sleep i would do it again because of you i am a stronger person i love more and i love harder thank you so much my sweet baby for coming to me thank you for teaching me but most of all loving me as much as i love you. I met Nasir at our most recent family reunion. I arrived in the late afternoon, and though the sun was out, everyone was bundled up--especially Nasir. As held him for the first time in my arms, the rest of the family milled around in warm conversation; some playing in the petting zoo, others just listening the soft music in the background. I remember looking into Nasir's little face and closed eyelids and thinking, "Life is good. What beautiful family we have." I am privileged to have shared that moment. Nasir was an addition to the family that will be sorely missed. And Brittany, it breaks my heart too. I'm truly sorry for your lost. I feel that God wanted him home because he had better plans for him there. Remember the love you had for him and cherish the memories.
