Naomi A. Emmert
Naomi A. Emmert, born July 23, 1926, in Tacoma, peacefully left us Tuesday, July 13th. The daughter of Arthur and Edith Morrison, she was married for 55 years to the love of her life, Chester E. Emmert. Naomi is lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her great fondness of gardening, fishing, cooking, and a good game of pinochle. She was very active in the Fife community throughout her life, working with hundreds of children in the school district and for many charitable causes, especially the Presbyterian Church. Always a patient and loving mother, Naomi is survived by her two sons Steve and Mark, their wives Leanne and Delaine, and by their families that include four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service honoring her life will be held today at 3:00 at Mission Woods Church, 2003 Taylor Street, Milton, WA. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
