Nancy Anne Booth's Obituary
Nancy Anne Booth, 73 of Tacoma, Washington passed away on February 28, 2021. She was born in Marin County, California to Gordon Bailey and Thelma (Allyn) Bailey, and grew up in Palo Alto, CA. She graduated from Palo Alto High School in 1966 and San Jose State University in the 1988. She married Doug Booth in 1972. She raised her 2 children in Danville, California, and later Santa Cruz, California. She worked for a number of years as a teachers aide in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. In 1999 she moved to Salem, Oregon where she worked for the State of Oregon in the Office of Document Management until she retired in 2013. In 2014, she moved to Tacoma to be closer to her children and grandchildren.
Memberships; AAUW. She was a Past Worthy Advisor in the Order of Rainbow for Girls, White Oaks Assembly in Palo Alto, CA (1966).
She is survived by her 2 children, Emilie (Jeff) Greenwell of Olympia, WA and Logan (Gloria) Booth of Tumwater, WA, and 4 grandchildren.
