Muriel "Jerry" Boland's Obituary
“See you in the morning”...
Jerry was born in Tacoma, WA. and had lived there for the most part of her life.
She graduated from Lincoln High School in Tacoma, WA. Jerry worked at Kaiser Aluminum, Tacoma City Light & Water and the City of Tacoma Finance Department where she retired as a secretary. Throughout her retirement she remained active in the ladies utilagram group, the Camelot ladies group and grandmas club. Jerry loved all water activities such as boating, fishing and most of all she loved shopping. She was a kind, loving and caring person who touched everyone’s heart. Jerry was an amazing wife, Mother, Grandma and Great-grandma (AKA GG). Her love for her family was beyond measure. Muriel's children are Jeri Samms (Glenn), Susan Bergh (Roger) and Ricky Johnson (dec.); Grandchildren Mike, Kelly, Chris, Todd and Den-Mike; Great-grandchildren McKenzie, Madison, Cierra, Millie, Hadley, and Gaige. Muriel is predeceased by her sister Evelyn.
The family would like to thank Kind Hearts Adult Family Home and her great Hospice nurse Dianne. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of “Ricky Johnson” to the St Jude’s Research for Children.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Lighthouse Christian Center 3409 23rd St. SW Puyallup, WA 98373 on the 9th of November 2017 at 1:00 pm.
