One of my favorite memories was after I gave birth to Declan and the she gave me a gift and on the wrapping paper she wrote that the gift wrap was probably older than the mother who just gave birth. They were my favorite pajamas for him. I kept them so I could pass them on the next one. Little did I know that it would be so soon. I'm just sorry Elle won't have a chance to know Nana and her beautiful, contagious smile! Papa, you are a perfect example of "richer & poorer, and sickness & health, 'til death do you part". I wish we all had the love and devotion you two shared.

I'm so sorry about your loss. Ruth and I were friends in "our younger days" and we worked together at Hunts cannery. Not to many years ago we lived in "her" house on Graham hill.
I'm so sorry to lose a good friend and schoolmate.

To Carl and Family
It was so nice to get to visit with Molly last summer and at Lacamas when you were taking the ASL from Pat. She said we should get together for lunch and I had been thinking about calling her. We never know when something might happen so we all need to not put anything off. Molly was a best friend and classmate at Bethel. I remember when she came to school and told us she could spell hieroglyphics. She had our attention and we all had to learn to spell it because the new girl knew how. We were in Mrs Snider's class. I am so sorry for your loss.##imported-begin##Betty Mulcahey Backstrom##imported-end##
