Mitsuko Lynn Chastain's Obituary
Mitsuko, "Mitzy", was born on June 27th, 1953 and passed suddenly on April 2, 2018. Mitzy had a childlike soul and was adored by every "little one" that was lucky enough to be loved by her. She was born in Fukuoka, Japan, where she was adopted, at age 3, by Roy and Donna Chastain.
Her favorite things were to watch T.V., do word search puzzles, and eating...simple pleasures.
Mitzy will be especially missed by her cousin Chuckie. They were roommates and best buddies. This has been a lot for him to handle. Chuckie has Down Syndrome and thought the sun rose and set with "his Mitzy".
Mitzy, you will be remembered lovingly by all who were blessed enough to know you, for everyone who did caught a glimpse of Heaven.
Mitzy is survived by her Mother, Donna Chastain; brothers Dan (wife Jane) and Darrell (wife Teresa); and sister, Karrol Jeanne.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 21st at 1:00pm in the Aspen Chapel of the Celebration of Life Center at Mountain View Memorial Park. Please bring a side dish for the reception that you think Mitzy would have enjoyed.
