Milton "Rusty" Kircher's Obituary
Milton "Rusty" Kircher was born on August 19, 1957 in the great state of Texas where he lived until his early 20's. He also lived in California and Tillicum, WA. He earned his B.S. from the School of Hard Knocks and began a career as a vagabond, roofer and welder. Milton was a member of God's Church. He served in life from 1957 til 2016, where he attained the rank of "Brother" and was fortunate enough to be called "Emily's Dad". The birth of his daughter was the most important event in his life. He could be described as an entrepreneur, Jack of all trades, Big Brother and resourceful. He enjoyed making things, learning all kinds of music and making jewelry. He leaves behind his daughter, Emily; brother, Anthony Clark and sister, Pamela Whoopie Panhuise.
A Celebration of Rusty's life will be held on May 28, 2016 at Tillicum Woodbrook Community Center from 1-5.
