Mildred V. Harlow was born in Seattle on June 11, 1915 to Kenneth Lonnie Webb and Edith V. Webb. At the age of 17 she married Joe R. Jerviss and they had one son David R. Jerviss, who with his wife Elaine survive. Among her other survivors are a grandson John Daniel, a granddaughter Laurrine Alicia, and grandsons Charles R. and David J.In 1998, she married Elbert G. Harlow who survives in the family home. Bert and Mildred often referred to themselves as Octogenarian Teenage lovers enjoying six wonderful years that came to an end suddenly when Mildred died of treatment for Atrial Fibrillosis on Friday, October 29, 2004 at 11:10 P.
