Mildred Dexter Schiffer's Obituary
Born December 31, 1940, Mildred married her high school sweetheart Roy Schiffer on June 6, 1958. She did home daycare for over 36 years. She was one of the few who started to upgrade childcare and founded the state county Daycare Associations. She loved singing, playing cards, and reading.
Mildred joins Roy who died August 3, 2014, and son David who died March 3, 2017.
She is survived by her daughter DeAnn (Schiifer) Taylor, husband Michael M. Taylor, and son Darren Schiffer, wife Terri, 4 grandchildren Josh Taylor, wife Jenny, Jared Taylor, wife Sarah, Macey (Schiffer) Scharder, husband Chris, Gillian Schiffer, and 9 great grandchildren.
