Mary Fetter's Obituary
Beloved Wife, Mother and Homemaker.
She was born and raised Mildred Mary Fetter, known to those who loved her as Mary passed away after a short illness on April 25, 2022. Born and raised in Cardiff, So Wales England she immigrated to the United States in the mid 1950's. It was in Memphis Tenn. that she fell in love and married Donald J Fetter. They later moved to Tacoma and then Puyallup where they raised their family.
Mary's loves were her family, her garden, and a good cup of tea. She took great pleasure in working in the yard. She picked out almost every shrub and flower herself. She would spend hours weeding and tending to her garden.
She always had a twinkle in her eyes when a friend or family came calling and would immediately put the kettle on for a cup of tea. She enjoyed a good laugh and loved to sing along to songs on the radio. If you were feeling down she was there with a big hug and a cup of tea.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Mildred Miller; her husband Donald J Fetter; 2 brothers Gwyn and Colin Miller; 2 sisters Joyce Goff and Pat Noctor; and her son-in-law Allen Eddy. She is survived by her son David; daughters Christine Eddy, and Sharon Fetter; her brother Vivian (Mary) and sister Jean Regan both of Cardiff, So Wales England; and sister-in-law Heather Fetter and many many nieces and nephews.
Memories of you will remain in our hearts forever, you are so loved and dearly missed.
Graveside Services will be held on June 18th, 2022 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon at Mountain View Memorial Park's Valley Rose Garden in Lakewood, Washington
