I will never forget how much of a great person Nana was. She always put her family before herself. Whenever anyone was in need she was there for them unconditionally. She will never be forgotten. I’m happy that God has allowed us to borrow one of his angels for a moment. My beautiful Nana, I will love you forever and will continue to cherish the memories we shared. I will never forget all the many times you showed me how to cook, the stories about your family in Japan, life as an island girl and so many more. I’m happy that I was able to make you proud. Everything I have ever accomplished was because of you and you only. You were a fabulous mom when you had to be my mom instead of just my grandma. I will continue to make sure your story is heard and shared with our next generations! Thank you for all that you’ve done for us all.
