Margaritha Leuenberger
It was with great sadness, that we received the news of our neighbor's, Mike Merdich's death. We have lived across the alley from Merdich's for almost 50 years, and in all those years got to know the Merdichs family well. Mike was a generous, helpful and kind man with a good sense of humor and devoted to family life. In his and my husband's later years we enjoyed sitting in his yard, watching the hummingbirds feeding in his hanging planter and exchanging stories from "the old days". Mike will be missed by all who knew him, and we enjoyed our friendship with him and his wife for so many years, for that we are grateful. Margaritha and Fred Leuenberger.
