Michael Joe ValentineÂ"ValentineÂ"Michael J. Valentine, 34, of Tacoma, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2003. He was born April 7, 1969 in Seattle, WA, to Joseph and Sylvia Valentine. He graduated from Henry Foss High School in 1987 and went on to serve his country in the United States Army. After serving in the Gulf War, he was honorably discharged and returned to the Tacoma area. Michael loved God, sports, music, and fellowship with family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Sylvia F. Valentine of Tacoma; a sister, Denise C. Valentine of Tacoma and a host of family and friends.Michael touched us all with his big heart, warm laughter, and beautiful smile. Visitation will be from 1pm until 9pm Wednesday, June 18, 2003, at Mt. View Funeral Home. Service will be held Thursday, June 19, 2003, at 1pm at Mt. View Valley Chapel. Reception immediately follows at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, Tacoma, WA.
