Scott Curran
My name is Scott Curran and I met Mel when we both played basketball at Western Washington - he was definitely a crowd favorite! I loved hanging out with Mel and was hoping to catch up with him while coming up to Washington State for a couple of months this summer, and am saddened to hear of his passing. I really enjoyed reading his obit, and am not surprised by all of his accomplishments and dedication to other people's lives. I also love the biblical names of his grandchildren and I look forward to hanging out with Mel again in heaven.
