Melisa Marie Schon's Obituary
Melisa Marie Schon, 57, passed away February 7, 2014 in Tacoma, WA. She was born on September 6, 1956 in Tacoma to Max C. and Marilyn R. Pabst.
Melisa worked as a Senior Patient Coordinator for Catholic Health Initiatives for 18 years. She was also the head of their safety committee. Her patients and co-workers will miss her great work ethic and knack for finding information thought to be lost.
She loved to garden, listen to music and searching for collectable beanie babies, plates, spoons and other treasures at yard sales.
She is survived by her son Tobie (girlfriend Rhonda) Schon; mother Marilyn (Chester) Coatney and her grandson Jay Masters. She was preceded in death by her daughter Nakia Masters in 2011 and her father Max in 1996.
Graveside service will be held at 1:30pm, Wednesday, February 19 at Mountain View Cemetery in Lakewood, WA with a reception to follow.
