Mrs. Melba Joyce Turner, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, in Tacoma, Washington. She was born to Mr. Warren Sparks and Ms. Josephine Brown on August 2, 1944. Melba leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all of the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
