May Olivia Curtiss, 88, a 6 year resident of Olympia, went home to be with her Lord on August 5, 2005. May was born on October 23, 1916, to Olivia and Carl Gustafson, in Tacoma.Most of her life was spent on a farm in Graham, raising 4 children and chickens. MayÂ's greatest pleasures were being with her family and walking. She was active in her church in Puyallup for many years. Her husband Ross, her sisters Margaret, Esther, and Helen, and her brother Oscar preceded May in death.She is survived by 4 children: James (Jerrie) Calhoun of Alger, Roger (Barbara) Calhoun of Yakima, Jean (Carl) Dolley of Graham, and Christine (Jim) Turcotte of Olympia; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.There will be a memorial service at 2:00 PM, Friday, August 12, 2005, in the Mountain View Garden Chapel.
