Maxine M. Ambrogio's Obituary
Maxine M. Ambrogio, 89, of Lakewood passed away peacefully on March 1 2015. She was preceded in death by her late husband Carl F. Ambrogio. Maxine was born in Des Moines, IA August 26, 1925. She retired from a career in yacht sales that she enjoyed very much. Throughout her life she enjoyed boating in the Puget Sound area and traveling the world. Maxine is survived by her daughter Laurie Smith and her partner for almost twenty years, Will Damrau. A celebration of her life will be held March 18 from 12-2 pm at 8816 Frances Fulsom St. SW, Lakewood, WA 98498. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
