Maude Arlene Marsh's Obituary
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother Maude "Babe" Marsh, age 89, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2010 at Allenmore Hospital in Tacoma, WA. Babe was born in Tacoma on November 20, 1920. She retired from Mary Bridge Hospital as the Executive Housekeeper and has been an active member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Auxiliary for more than 60 years. Babe was also a long-time member of the Free Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 54 years James, her son Bob, two brothers and one sister. She is survived by her three daughters, Cindy (Bob) Hughes, Deanna Marsh, Sandy (Jim) Young, and sister Alice.
Grandma's memory will forever live in the hearts of her large extended family that includes numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as many dear friends.
A celebration of Babe's life will be held on Friday, February 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Valley Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home.
