Matthew Tiller
Born Feb. 13, 1986 and was the beloved son of Jim and Denise Tiller. Matthew left us on Dec. 10, 2011. He was a very caring and loving son that was loved so much. Although he left us much too soon, we know he is in the forever peaceful place he always wanted. Matthew was a strong, hard-working man that loved giving hugs, disk golfing, camping, fishing, Seahawks, sports, and working out. Although he may be gone, he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, son! He is survived by his parents Jim and Denise, sister Jaclyn, brother-in-law Kris, niece Hailey, grandmothers Jeanette Steele of Eugene, OR and Mary Tiller of Panama City, FL, uncles Charles (Pam) Tiller, Kenny (Lidia) Tiller, Ed (Susan) Steele, and Bob (Linda) Steele, many cousins, and a large network of family and friends. A vigil will be held on Thursday, Dec. 15th, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Dec.16th at 1:00 at Visitation Catholic Church, 3314 S. 58th St., Tacoma, and a reception will follow at Mountain View Funeral Home in the Celebration of Life building. Memorial donations can be made out to Catholic Community Service. Designate funds In memory of Matthew Tiller for Youth & Young Adults in Pierce County. Make check out to Catholic Community Service.
