Matt E. Novak's Obituary
Matt Novak was called by God on November 25, 2012. He was born July 18, 1918 in Tacoma, WA.
He met his deceased wife (Dorothy J. Novak) at King's roller rink in Tacoma. After a few years in the Navy he convinced her to marry him on June 1st, 1946. After the Navy he continued working construction in the Tacoma/Seattle area. They retired to Spanaway, WA in 1971, where he continued to be an exceptional husband and supportive, loving father.
He is survived by his four loving children: Jeanie Jackowski (Richard); Matthew; David (Linda); Steve (Laura); 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial and Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 4th, 2012, at Our Lady Queen of Heaven. 14601 A Street South, Spanaway at 11:00 am, with a reception immediately following and graveside services at 2pm at Mountain View Cemetery. He will be very much missed by his family and friends.
