Mathew John Renguul's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Mathew
Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to our dear Mathew, who left us on March 3rd, 2025, in Tacoma, Washington. From the moment he came into our world on February 13th, 1997, in Guam, Mathew brought light and laughter to all of us.
Son of Marlene Mangas and Michael Angelo Renguul, Mathew was the loving brother to Michael, Mark, and Maelani. Our family was his world, and he was ours.
There wasn't a person Mathew met who didn't feel his warmth. He loved cooking, especially his grandmother's fried rice recipe, which he made with so much love. The kitchen was his happy place, and you'd often find him there humming to his favorite tunes. Cooking and music were his passions, and he shared them generously with everyone.
Mathew had a way of making everyone feel at ease. He was a jokester, always ready with a smile or a laugh to brighten your day. His favorite color was red—vibrant and full of life, just like him.
He was curious, creative, loyal, supportive, and compassionate. Mathew was the friend you could always count on, no matter what. His compassionate heart knew no bounds, and he was always there for people, whoever they were.
We will miss his infectious laughter, his warm hugs, and the way he made our family gatherings unforgettable. Mathew taught us to cherish every moment, to laugh often, and to love deeply.
Though he's no longer with us, his spirit lives on in the countless memories we've shared. We will hold him close in our hearts forever.
Rest easy, Mathew. We love you more than words can say.
