Maryln Setzer's Obituary
Maryln Jean Setzer - November 25, 1942 - March 30, 2018
Maryln Setzer died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 30, 2018, at the age of 75. Maryln was born in Siskiyou, California on November 25, 1942. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She raised her family in Steilacoom, Washington, working for Safeway for over 25 years and later Clover Park Vocational School as the cafeteria and catering manager until she retired. Maryln loved the great outdoors, fishing, boating, camping, big bonfires, gardening and all kinds of music. For the last 8 years she’s been living in Redmond, Oregon, with the love of her life, Walter Bailey, and rescued canine named D.O.G. They spent most of their days with the sun on their face and a pole in the water on Lake Simtustus. She had many friends, from many circles, due to her warm and loving nature. Her joyful light and happy heart will be greatly missed by many. Her ashes will be spread at Cannon Beach, on the Oregon Coast, surrounded by her family.
Maryln is survived by daughters Lynette (Robert) and Debbie (Pete); son Bill Jr (Jeri); grandchildren Kelsy, Christopher, Ryan, Aubrie, Bryce, and Riley; great grandchildren Adilynn, Isaac, Logan, Gabriel, Lilianna, Liam, and Rilynn.
Arrangements were under Mountain View Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Remote Area Medical, one of many charities dear to her.
With All Our Hearts Mom, We Miss You and Love You.
