Mary was born March 4, 1916 in Tacoma, WA. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 14, 2008.
Mary loved her family and was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed baking and made the best pies, had a beautiful yard that she loved to work in, and was an immaculate homemaker.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Andy Thomas, her parents George and Anna Marie Cook, brothers Carl, Alex, and Heinie Cook, and sister Pauline Wester.
She is survived by her three children Andrew Thomas, Sharon Ehle, and Karla Keenan, her sister Lydia Foster, sister-in-law Betty Cook, 6 grandchildren, Laurie, Shelley, Shannon, Stuart, Nick and Kim, and 9 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Mom, we are all grateful for all the love that you have shown us over the years. You will be greatly missed.
