Mary Sue Patterson's Obituary
Mary Sue Stimson Patterson was born on May 10, 1954 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Jeanne Mary and Earle Richard Stimson. She was the 3rd of 6 children and grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mary graduated from Bishop Luers High School in 1972 and went on to Purdue University and graduated as a Registered Nurse. Mary started her family while living in Michigan City, Indiana and moved to Washington State in the 1980’s. She most recently resided in Lakewood Washington. One of her passions was taking care of others as evidenced with her career in nursing. She loved taking care of those in need and her career allowed her to do what she so excelled at.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and eldest son, Jay Jay. Her beautiful life and loving spirit will forever be cherished in the lives of her beloved husband, Gene Patterson Jr., her 5 siblings, Jim, Joanne Margo, Jay and Mark, and her children whom she loved with all her heart, Eric, Matt, Tanya and Aaron. Also her cherished grandchildren, Jay Jay Jr., Tayana, Quinshayla, Erica, Alize, Rey'avah, Treja and E'Laila and great granddaughter, Jay'leah.
