Mary Juanita Harrison's Obituary
Mary Juanita Harrison was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, October 13, 1921. She was a graduate of Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia as a Registered Nurse. She traveled abroad retiring her last thirty-three years from Madigan Army Medical Center. She became a resident of Tacoma Washington in 1960. She was a member of Allen A.M.E. church holding several positions. She was also a member of several organizations holding numerous positions, Matrons club, Eastern Stars, Olympic Chapter #2, the Ebony Nurses Club, Garden Club, to name a few.Her parents McKinley and Eula J Lynch, her husband James T. Harrison Sr, an only sister Ruth Jeffries preceded her in death. She is survived by: sons James T. Harrison Jr, and Keith A. Harrison: daughter Sonja D. Yarborough, Clifford Yarborough III, nephew Marion E. Harrison and several grandchildren.Funeral Services Monday Nov. 25, 2002 2:00pm at Allen A.M.E. Church.
